Circus

Remembering the impermanence of all things (anitya in Sanskrit) lies at the heart of Buddhist philosophy. For Inbal Ben Haim, this idea, which resonates powerfully with the chaos of our times, becomes an invitation to never give up. Weaving together aerial circus, living scenography and visual poetry, she builds and unbuilds, alongside the audience, a monumental sculpture of threads. Stretched through space and transformed by light, these lines become shapes, textures, materials and stories. This “solo for many” rests on interdependence, mutual trust and shared responsibility: here, artist and audience join forces to imagine new forms of resistance and creation. Time seems to stand still in this delicate yet intense experience, one that gently defies gravity.
