The flagship of Geneva’s festivals, La Bâtie marks its 50th anniversary this year. An occasion to honour its bold, defiant and joyfully irreverent spirit; to keep alive the spark of collective utopia it continues to nurture, and to continue to follow what moves us. Rooted in its local territory yet open to the world, La Bâtie evolves in step with artistic and social change. Resolutely hybrid and diverse, its programme unfolds as a vibrant, free-flowing constellation of ideas, forms and encounters — a burst of freedom in the face of the algorithmic standardisation of taste and aesthetics. May uncertainty about the future remain a source of desire, never of fear.

Festival-goer Cards are now digital. You'll receive your pass by email directly after placing your order. Simply present the QR code at the entrance, or download the PDF. Your tickets are loaded onto the card and QR code. Only tickets purchased separately (and not at the festival rate) need to be downloaded.
